At Hot Bows, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders only. When you order, we need to know your e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, credit card number, expiration date (if payment is made with a credit card) and verification code (that three digit code on the back of your card). This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We respect your privacy and all information we collect will not be sold, traded, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.

All online transactions at are handled with industry-standard SSL (secure server software) encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Wholesale Accounts

You must complete the registration for login to view wholesale pricing. Before you are granted permission to wholesale pricing, you must submit an email to with a copy of your resale license and if you are brick and mortar store or a mobile groomer.  We do not sell to new online sellers.  After your information has been reviewed, Hot Bows will contact you when your wholesale account has been approved.  Many grooming shops buy Hot Bows and they do not have a resale number which is ok, but you will be charged applicable sale tax.

Returns & Refunds

All care will be taken to assure that Hot Bows are shipped in protective package to assure that your order arrives safely. However if your Hot Bows are damaged when you receive them you have 10 working days to return the product for replacement products. A replacement order will be sent when the return is received by Hot Bows. Please contact us at (562) 305-0965 or at to inquiry about returns.

Hot Bows does not issue refunds. Hot Bows will replace merchandise with the same or similar style.
